Deposits

Common questions about adding funds to your wallet, the fiat on-ramp, and how deposits are confirmed.

How do I add funds?

Use Add Funds on Home or in Wallet, select the asset, copy the address (or QR code), and send through BEP20.

Step by step: Deposits, with the address and the QR the app shows.

Does Inkryptus accept fiat deposits in the app?

Buying USDT inside the app with a debit/credit card or another local payment method goes through an integrated provider (on-ramp), and that method is paused while a new provider is connected. When it is running: Add Funds > Buy USDT, choose a provider, enter the amount, and complete the payment, and the USDT is credited once the provider confirms. To add funds meanwhile, deposit crypto from a wallet you already hold, or buy from another member on P2P.

How do I track balance and history?

In the Wallet area, you can track estimated balance, composition between assets and products, transaction history, and active contracts in one panel.

Where each of those lives: Wallet & Navigation.

A deposit was sent but did not appear in the wallet. How should I check?

Validate BEP20 network, asset, and on-chain status (TXID, the unique transaction code on blockchain). Credit may take up to 24h. If it does not reflect after this period, contact support with all details.

Step by step: Check deposit status, then Troubleshooting.

First deposit tip

For maximum operational safety, make a small test transaction first and, after confirming credit, move the main amount.
