Buy, Sell & Send

Common questions about buying, selling, and sending assets, including how pricing works and how to track a withdrawal.

How do I buy and sell assets in the app?

Buy and sell are done directly on each asset screen using Buy and Sell buttons. Before confirmation, the app shows fee and minimum values for informed decision-making.

Step by step: Swap (Buy & Sell).

How do I send to another wallet or exchange?

Open the asset, tap Send, paste the destination address, confirm BEP20, enter the amount, and validate with the email code.

Step by step: Send assets.

My withdrawal is 'processing' for more than 24h. What should I do?

Withdrawals are usually completed before 24h. Confirm transaction status and whether the email verification code was confirmed. If still pending after 24h, contact support with details.

Can I send INKY to any exchange?

Most major exchanges do not list INKY, so they will not credit the tokens automatically. The recommended workflow is: convert INKY to USDT inside Inkryptus, then send USDT to the exchange via BEP20.

To help prevent this, every INKY send shows two confirmation screens before the transfer, including a question about the destination (own wallet, another Inkryptus wallet, or exchange). See Safety screens for INKY sends.

If you already sent INKY to an exchange, see the recovery tutorial below.

I sent INKY to an exchange without converting first. What now?

Recovery is usually possible when the exchange supports manual token returns. You will need to open a support ticket with the exchange and request a refund to your Inkryptus deposit address via BEP20.

Step by step: Recover INKY sent to an exchange.

Note: exchanges typically charge a flat fee (for example, around 20 USDT) to process the manual return. Confirm the current fee when opening the ticket.

For the full step-by-step process (including what to say if the exchange asks about contract addresses), see the INKY sent to exchange recovery tutorial.

I made a swap and balance did not update. How long does it take?

In specific operational scenarios, balance may take up to 24h to reflect. If it exceeds this period, contact support with details.

Why don't I receive exactly the displayed price when selling a large amount of INKY?

Inkryptus uses AMM (Automated Market Maker), where price is dynamic and adjusts during order execution. The displayed price is the value of the next token traded at that moment, not the average price of the entire order.

  • When you sell (INKY to USDT): INKY amount in the pool increases, USDT liquidity decreases, and INKY price decreases during execution.
  • When you buy (USDT to INKY): USDT amount in the pool increases, INKY liquidity decreases, and INKY price increases during execution.

This is the normal AMM pricing mechanism (supply and demand), not a hidden fee or platform error.

What is the difference between price variation (AMM) and operation fee?

These are different and complementary components:

  • Price variation (AMM): market effect during execution, caused by order size and available liquidity.
  • Operation fee: operational cost of the action, displayed on screen before confirmation.
What happens if I delete my account without withdrawing funds?

Deletion without prior withdrawal may cause permanent loss of values. Withdraw before closing your account.

Can I trade INKY for BTC directly?

No. Everything goes through USDT. To move from INKY to BTC you sell INKY for USDT, then buy BTC with that USDT. That is two trades, each with its own fee.

What does a trade cost?

3 USDT per buy or sell, whatever the amount. It is deducted in the asset the operation moves, which on a swap is the coin you send, so selling INKY costs the equivalent of 3 USDT in INKY. The same fee applies to a withdrawal and to a harvest. The app shows the exact amount before you confirm, and the full schedule is in the fee documentation.

Can the price change between the quote and the trade?

The quote holds for a short window. If the price moves beyond the allowed limit before you confirm, the app requests a fresh quote rather than executing at the old one.

Do I pay gas fees?

No. Execution happens on our infrastructure rather than through a public protocol, so the flat fee per trade is the only cost.

Which assets can I buy and sell?

The assets Inkryptus lists, all of them paired with USDT. The list grows, and the current one is on the assets page and in the app.

What if I have no USDT yet?

Put crypto into your wallet first. You can send USDT from a wallet or an exchange you already use, buy it in your own currency through a payment partner, or buy it from another member. All four routes are on the wallet page.
