How do I start using Inkryptus?

Download the app, create your account, and deposit crypto from an external wallet. Card payment is paused while a new provider is connected. The app guides you step by step from first access to product use.

What is staking and what is the APR?

Staking locks INKY or other supported assets in a pool to earn variable daily rewards. APR is updated each day based on pool performance. There is no fixed rate. See the staking page for current APR and the disclaimer in full.

Are my assets safe? Who holds custody?

Inkryptus does, and the shape is worth knowing: every wallet lives inside the platform smart contract. Each account has its own address on BNB Smart Chain, readable on BscScan, and the contract is what executes on it. No seed phrase, and no private key to hold.

What is INKY Token used for?

INKY is the native utility token of Inkryptus. You earn INKY through staking, new token issuance is limited to a fixed on-chain ceiling each day, and the token connects products across the ecosystem (wallet, staking, swap).

What fees does Inkryptus charge?

Fees depend on the operation: deposits, swaps, staking and withdrawals each have their own rule. The full, current fee table is published in our documentation.

How do I withdraw my crypto?

Open your wallet in the app, choose the asset and the destination address, and confirm. On-chain withdrawals are processed in up to 24 hours. Fixed-term staking must reach the end of its term before the assets return to your wallet.

How do I get support?

Open a ticket from the Help button on this site, or in the app under Support > Open a new ticket. Confirm the email we send so your ticket reaches our team, and expect a reply by email within two working days. Keep one ticket per issue.
