Co-founder & CEO Founder, Co-CEO, and Chief Financial Officer of Inkryptus, Pierre L. Pereira is one of the key forces behind the company’s strategic vision and solid growth. His journey in the crypto world began with the creation of Buy Bitcoin, a fiduciary service for people interested in investing in crypto, operating in Maryland, United States. Anticipating market trends and continuously refining the process, he later founded All Coin Wallet — the first cryptocurrency exchange in Belo Horizonte and one of the pioneers in Brazil. This project evolved into Inkryptus, consolidating a next-generation platform that merges technological innovation, financial freedom, and purposeful wealth-building. Beyond his role at Inkryptus, Pierre leads other ventures with global impact, such as Pear Homes, focused on real estate investments; Terrabee, dedicated to sustainable production of honey and propolis; Terracini Wine, cultivating Syrah and Sauvignon Blanc in harmony with nature; Terracini Coffee, specializing in the export of high-quality Arabica beans; and Fazenda Esperança, an initiative aimed at tokenizing land and natural resources. With a strong foundation in finance, technology, supply chain, and international trade, Pierre manages his businesses with integrity, long-term vision, and responsibility. His commitment to transparency and innovation ensures security and trust for investors, partners, and Inkryptus users worldwide. Co-founder & CTO Co-CEO, Executive Partner, and Chief Technology Officer at Inkryptus, Lucas is responsible for transforming ideas into tangible results. With a rare combination of strategic vision and technical mastery, he leads daily operations with a focus on efficiency, excellence, and continuous innovation. An Internet Systems specialist with over a decade of experience in developing robust technological solutions, Lucas has delivered software for both public and private institutions, including large-scale projects in the education sector. Over his career, he has built a strong reputation as an expert in digital infrastructure, process automation, and data security. His trajectory in the financial market is marked by pioneering initiatives. He co-founded All Coin Wallet — one of Brazil’s first crypto-asset exchanges — and Traed Software, a reference company in automation systems for financial operations and quantitative strategies. These experiences cemented his expertise in technology applied to the financial universe, positioning him as one of the leading names in the sector. As a Product Manager at Inkryptus, he leads roadmap development, feature definition, and strategic product prioritization. His expertise in UI/UX, combined with a solid technical and business perspective, ensures that every solution delivered merges performance, security, and usability. With experience as a cryptocurrency trader and deep knowledge of tokenomics and DeFi, he bridges strategy and execution to turn innovation into real experiences within the world of digital investments. Head of IBO Africa With a strong background in financial education and decentralized finance (DeFi), Trizy Magno leads Inkryptus’ commercial expansion with a focus on sustainable growth, inclusion, and innovation. Acting as a bridge between blockchain technology and emerging communities, he oversees strategic partnerships and Web3 business development, connecting our platform to new audiences and realities. His mission is to pave the way for conscious adoption of the cryptocurrency market — making access simpler, more educational, and truly inclusive for everyone. Blockchain Engineer Ph.D. in Computer Science from Yale University, and a reference in blockchain, compilers, and formal methods, Rodrigo brings high-level engineering to Inkryptus. He leads the architecture and development of our smart contracts and protocols with precision, security, and technical excellence. His mission is to ensure that our blockchain solutions are robust, scalable, and aligned with the needs of our users. Senior Staff Engineer Specialist in turning complexity into efficiency, Neilor is the one who designs the architecture that supports Inkryptus. With a strategic mindset and a focus on performance, he builds a secure, scalable infrastructure ready for the future of our technology. Social Media Creative, tuned in, and sharp on trends, Iandara sets the rhythm for Inkryptus’ social media. With the sensitivity to understand the audience and the strategy to deliver purposeful content, she turns each post into a genuine connection with the community. Front End Developer With mastery in React, performance focus, and attention to the smallest details, Daniel seamlessly transforms design into code with purpose. An essential member of the team, he delivers fast, responsive interfaces that truly work — all with the signature of our technology.
