What you share with the people you invite
The same screen is where you choose what a person you invited can see about you. Your username is always shared: it is what identifies you as their sponsor. Everything else is off unless you turn it on.

Turning on a name, an email or a phone is how somebody you invited reaches you directly. It is a choice per field, and it can be changed later.
Building a network without an active subscription
Your referral link keeps working whether or not the subscription is active, and people who sign up through it keep joining your network. What the subscription gates is the payout: commissions are only paid while it is active.
If you no longer want to be an IBO
There is nothing to cancel and nobody to ask: stop renewing. When the subscription reaches its expiry date the licence is blocked, and the IBO Program section stops paying commissions.
It is reversible at any time. Renewing reactivates the licence, and the network you already built is still there.
