1. Scope and definitions
1.1 This Schedule ("IBO Terms") establishes the rights, obligations, and rules applicable to Users who choose to participate in the Inkryptus IBO Program (Partner) as Independent Business Owners ("IBOs").
1.2 The IBO Program is a partnership program in which IBOs promote the Inkryptus platform and its products, and receive commissions based on the real activity generated by their referral network, as described in this document and in the Commissions documentation.
1.3 Key definitions for this Schedule:
| Term | Meaning |
|---|---|
| IBO | Independent Business Owner. A User enrolled in the IBO Program. |
| Network | The referral structure connected to an IBO, organized in up to 7 levels of depth. |
| Sponsor | The IBO whose referral link was used by a new User at registration. |
| IBO Wallet | The dedicated wallet within the IBO dashboard where commissions are credited. |
| Subscription | The monthly fee required to maintain active IBO status. |
2. Enrollment and activation
2.1 Any registered Inkryptus User may apply to become an IBO by accessing the IBO Program section in the application, reviewing these IBO Terms, and accepting them.
2.2 Enrollment grants a 30-day free trial during which the IBO has full access to the dashboard, network tracking, and commission eligibility.
2.3 After the trial period, an active Subscription of US$24 per month, payable in USDT through the application dashboard, is required to receive commissions. It is not required to refer: once the referral link has been generated, the network continues to grow whatever the Subscription status. What an inactive Subscription stops is the payout, not the referral.
2.4 Renewal is manual. Automatic renewal may be introduced in a future version of the platform.
2.5 Payment in USDT was chosen to facilitate access for participants who do not yet hold INKY.
2.6 An active KYC verification is required to participate in the IBO Program, alongside the Subscription condition in clause 2.3. The IBO completes it in the application under Profile > Account > KYC. Inkryptus may withhold commission payouts while an IBO's KYC is not active.
3. IBO status and Subscription
3.1 Upon activating the IBO Program (which begins with the 30-day free trial), the IBO receives a referral link and may begin building a network. Network growth continues regardless of Subscription status.
3.2 If the Subscription lapses, the IBO status becomes inactive. While inactive:
- New referrals continue to join the IBO's network through the referral link.
- The IBO ceases to receive commissions from network activity.
- The existing network structure is preserved.
3.3 The IBO may resume Subscription payments at any time. Upon reactivation, commissions resume from the date of reactivation. No commission is generated while the IBO is inactive, and network activity from that period does not pay out retroactively after renewal.
4. Commissions and payments
4.1 Commissions are derived from the platform's decision to share a portion of its operational fees with the IBO network. The standard distribution is:
- 30% of each fee is retained by Inkryptus (operations, infrastructure, liquidity).
- 70% of each fee is distributed across the IBO network, 10% per level. The depth is seven levels on the subscription, the transaction fees and the staking performance fee.
- Arena fees follow their own rule. The house keeps 10% of the profit on a winning round, which is why the payout is 1.9x and not 2.0x. That fee is then split three ways: 50% funds the Arena Staking Pool 36m, 20% is retained by Inkryptus, and 30% is distributed across the IBO network at 10% per level down to three levels. An IBO is therefore paid 1% of the profit of a winning round played at each of their first three levels.
4.2 When a level has no active IBO (absence of upline), the corresponding share is retained by Inkryptus and may be used for promotional campaigns.
4.3 Commissions are credited daily to the IBO Wallet in INKY. The IBO Wallet is divided into two sub-wallets:
| Sub-wallet | Receives | Transfer to User Wallet |
|---|---|---|
| Harvest | Performance fee commissions (staking) | 3 USDT per harvest operation |
| Transfer | All other commissions (subscription, transaction) | No fee, immediate |
4.4 To receive performance fee commissions (staking), the IBO must maintain an active staking position in the same asset from which the commission originates. IBOs who do not hold active staking in the relevant asset are not eligible for performance fee commissions on that asset.
4.5 For detailed fee tables, distribution examples, and commission calculations, see Fees & Limits and Commissions.
4.6 Inkryptus reserves the right to modify commission rates, distribution rules, or fee structures at any time. Changes will be communicated through the application and take effect upon publication.
5. Sponsor and network rules
5.1 Each IBO receives a unique referral link. Users who register through this link are placed at Level 1 of the IBO's network. Referrals made by those users form Level 2, and so on, up to Level 7.
5.2 Users who register without a referral link have 30 days from account creation to manually add a Sponsor via Profile > Account > Sponsor. After this window, no Sponsor can be assigned to that account.
5.3 A new user is effectively added to an IBO's network at the moment of registration through the IBO's referral link, regardless of Subscription status.
5.4 Commissions generated before a Sponsor is assigned are not retroactive. Unassigned commissions are retained by Inkryptus.
5.5 The Sponsor's username is always visible to the referred user. The IBO may optionally share additional contact information (name, email, phone) via Profile > Account > Sponsor.
5.6 Sponsorship line integrity is protected. The following actions are expressly prohibited:
- Soliciting, recruiting, or attempting to attract IBOs who are already part of another IBO's network.
- Inducing or facilitating the migration of users or IBOs from one sponsorship line to another.
- Interfering with the relationship between an IBO and their upline or downline members.
Violations of this clause are treated as severe misconduct and may result in suspension or termination of IBO status, as described in Section 10.
6. Use of the Inkryptus brand
6.1 IBOs are authorized to use the Inkryptus name and logo in promotional materials related to the IBO Program, subject to the following conditions:
- The logo and name must be used without modification, distortion, or alteration of colors or proportions.
- Brand materials must not be associated with content that is misleading, offensive, illegal, or that could damage the reputation of Inkryptus.
- The IBO must not create the impression of being an employee, officer, or official representative of Inkryptus. All communications must make clear that the IBO is an independent partner.
- Inkryptus may provide official brand assets and guidelines. When provided, these must be followed.
6.2 Inkryptus reserves the right to request the removal of any material that violates these guidelines or that, in its reasonable judgment, could harm the platform's reputation.
7. Exclusivity
7.1 While enrolled in the IBO Program, the IBO may not simultaneously act as a partner, affiliate, ambassador, or equivalent role for competing cryptocurrency platforms.
7.2 A competing platform is defined as any platform, of any kind, that offers substantially similar products (crypto wallets, staking, token swaps, or referral-based commission programs) on the same or comparable blockchain networks. The category is deliberately broad and is judged by the products offered rather than by the label the provider carries: banks and other regulated institutions now sell crypto assets and offer staking on them too, and they fall inside it on the same test.
7.3 Crypto education is a competing product for the purposes of this Section, whether or not Inkryptus offers it at the time. This covers courses, mentoring, workshops, training programs, paid communities, and signal or trading groups about cryptocurrencies, blockchain, or digital assets.
7.4 The IBO may not use their network, the IBO Program, or the Inkryptus brand to sell their own products or services, or to promote a competing platform or any product described in 7.2 or 7.3.
7.5 Violation of this exclusivity clause may result in suspension or termination of IBO status, as described in Section 10.
8. Conduct and compliance
8.1 The IBO must conduct all promotional activities in an ethical, transparent, and legally compliant manner. The following are expressly prohibited:
- Promising guaranteed returns, fixed income, or risk-free investment.
- Concealing or minimizing the risks inherent to cryptocurrency investments.
- Using misleading, deceptive, or exaggerated marketing materials.
- Creating multiple accounts to self-benefit from the commission structure.
- Sending unsolicited bulk messages (spam) to promote the platform or the referral link.
- Using paid advertising that impersonates official Inkryptus communications.
8.2 All promotional content must be based on publicly available and verifiable data (application interface, BscScan, official documentation).
8.3 The IBO is solely responsible for ensuring that their promotional activities comply with the laws and regulations of their jurisdiction, including advertising standards, consumer protection rules, and data protection regulations.
8.4 The IBO may choose their own communication methods, channels, and strategies. However, the IBO must never provide information that misleads clients or contradicts official Inkryptus materials. The sole source of truth for product details, fees, commission structures, and platform mechanics is the content published through official Inkryptus channels (application, documentation portal, and official social media accounts). Clients with questions or doubts must be directed to the official support channel at support@inkryptus.com.
8.5 Providing inaccurate, fabricated, or unauthorized information to clients or prospects, whether intentionally or through negligence, constitutes a serious violation of these IBO Terms and may result in immediate suspension or termination of IBO status, as described in Section 10.
8.6 The IBO acknowledges that Inkryptus may monitor promotional materials and communications associated with the IBO Program and may request corrections or removal of non-compliant content.
8.7 The IBO may not buy, sell, exchange, or hold INKY or any other crypto asset on behalf of users, prospects, or network members outside the Inkryptus Platform. Every purchase, sale, or exchange must be made by the user themselves through the Platform's own features, such as Swap and, where available, P2P. Inkryptus does not intermediate, verify, or guarantee transactions arranged outside the Platform.
8.8 A report of a transaction in breach of 8.7, once reviewed by Inkryptus, may result in suspension or termination of IBO status, as described in Section 10.
9. Tax obligations
9.1 All commissions and rewards earned through the IBO Program are credited directly to the IBO's Inkryptus wallet. Inkryptus does not withhold, deduct, or report taxes on behalf of IBOs.
9.2 The IBO is solely responsible for understanding and complying with all tax obligations applicable in their jurisdiction, including reporting income, paying taxes on commission earnings, and maintaining appropriate records.
9.3 Account Reports for tax purposes can be generated via Profile > Account > Statement.
10. Suspension and termination
10.1 Inkryptus may suspend or terminate IBO status when reasonably justified, including but not limited to:
- Violation of these IBO Terms or the Terms of Use.
- Breach of the exclusivity clause (Section 7).
- Fraudulent activity, multi-account abuse, or manipulation of the commission structure.
- Exploiting bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform or in the commission structure, whether or not they were reported.
- Buying, selling, or exchanging crypto assets for others outside the Platform (Section 8.7).
- Activity that Inkryptus reasonably considers suspicious or abusive.
- Misleading or non-compliant promotional conduct.
- Failure to maintain an active Subscription (resulting in inactivity, not termination).
10.2 In cases of suspension, the IBO will be notified and given the opportunity to provide clarification before permanent action is taken, except in urgent cases involving fraud, legal requirements, or imminent harm to the platform or other users. While a review is open, Inkryptus may hold the IBO's commissions and restrict their IBO status as a precautionary measure.
10.3 Upon termination:
- The IBO ceases to receive commissions.
- Earned commissions that have already been credited to the IBO Wallet remain available for withdrawal, subject to the standard withdrawal rules and limits.
- The network structure is preserved but inactive. The terminated IBO cannot reactivate unless the termination is reversed by Inkryptus.
10.4 The IBO may voluntarily exit the program at any time by discontinuing the Subscription. The network structure is preserved and can be reactivated by resuming payments.
11. Independent contractor status
11.1 The IBO is an independent contractor and not an employee, agent, or legal representative of Inkryptus. Nothing in these IBO Terms creates an employment relationship, partnership, joint venture, or agency arrangement between the IBO and Inkryptus.
11.2 The IBO has no authority to bind Inkryptus, make commitments on its behalf, or represent that they have such authority.
11.3 The IBO is responsible for their own expenses, equipment, and operational costs related to their participation in the program.
12. Limitation of liability
12.1 Inkryptus is not liable for any losses, damages, or claims arising from the IBO's promotional activities, business decisions, or interactions with their network.
12.2 The IBO acknowledges that commission earnings depend on the real activity of their network and that Inkryptus makes no guarantees regarding income levels, network growth, or commission amounts.
12.3 The general limitation of liability provisions in the Terms of Use apply to IBO activities.
13. Amendments
13.1 Inkryptus may amend these IBO Terms at any time. Amendments will be published in the application and on the documentation portal with an updated effective date.
13.2 Continued participation in the IBO Program after the publication of amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
14. Governing law and dispute resolution
14.1 These IBO Terms are governed by the same law and dispute resolution provisions specified in the Terms of Use.
