Operational Rules

These rules define how the Partner Program operates. All IBOs must comply with these requirements to maintain active status and receive commissions.

30-Day Sponsor Window

Users who register without an IBO sponsor have exactly 30 days (from account creation) to manually add one.

  • Path: Profile > Account > Sponsor
  • After 30 days: No sponsor can be added; the account remains unlinked.

This window provides flexibility for users to identify and link to an IBO after account creation while preventing indefinite retroactive claims.

Subscription and Payment

Pricing

PeriodCost
First 30 daysFree trial with full dashboard access
After trialUS$24/month to maintain active IBO status

Payment method

The subscription is paid in USDT, directly from the IBO dashboard in the app. USDT was chosen to simplify access for new partners who may not yet hold INKY. No other payment methods are currently accepted.

Renewal

Building a network

The IBO's referral link is generated upon activating the 30-day free trial. Network growth begins from that moment on and continues regardless of subscription status.

  • New user registration via the IBO's link is effective at the moment of registration.
  • The IBO can continue receiving new network members after the trial ends, with or without an active paid subscription.
  • See Commissions for how subscription status affects commission eligibility.

Contact Sharing (Opt-in)

The username of the sponsor is always shared with referred users and cannot be disabled.

Additional contact data is opt-in and disabled by default:

FieldDefaultPath
NameOpt-in (off)Profile > Account > Sponsor
EmailOpt-in (off)Profile > Account > Sponsor
PhoneOpt-in (off)Profile > Account > Sponsor

IBOs can enable any combination or keep all contact data private. Users referred can see which contact fields the sponsor has enabled.

Real-Time Network Timeline

The Partner Program dashboard displays network activity in two modes:

Real-time updates

Sections like IBO > Network show new user registrations in real time. This reflects live signup activity without delay.
