Compliance and Anti-Abuse
Sur cette page
Inkryptus operates the Partner Program with strict compliance and anti-abuse safeguards to ensure a fair, transparent, and sustainable ecosystem for all participants.
Anti-Abuse Rules
Multi-Account Prohibition
Creating multiple accounts to self-refer, artificially inflate network size, or bypass program rules is strictly prohibited.
Know Your Customer (KYC)
An active KYC verification is required to participate in the Partner Program. It establishes legitimacy and keeps the program compliant with applicable regulations, and it is completed in the app under Profile > Account > KYC. KYC data is handled confidentially and used solely for identity confirmation and fraud prevention.
KYC sits alongside the subscription condition and the two do different work. An IBO does not need an active subscription to refer: once the referral link has been generated, the network keeps growing whatever the subscription status. To be paid a commission, the IBO needs an active subscription and an active KYC.
Ethical Communication Standards
Marketing and promotional activities must adhere to strict ethical guidelines.
- Promising guaranteed returns or risk-free gains
- Concealing or downplaying cryptocurrency volatility and investment risks
- Using misleading presentations, false statistics, or exaggerated performance claims
- Misrepresenting the nature or mechanics of the program
Sponsorship Line Protection
IBOs must respect the integrity of existing sponsorship lines. Soliciting, recruiting, or attempting to attract IBOs from another sponsor's network is prohibited. Inducing or facilitating the migration of users between sponsorship lines is treated as severe misconduct and may result in suspension or termination.
Exclusivity and Competing Offers
While enrolled in the Partner Program, IBOs may not act for, promote, or direct anyone to a competing platform. A competing platform is any provider of products similar to what Inkryptus offers: crypto wallets, staking, token swaps, referral-based commission programs, and crypto education.
Crypto education counts as a competing product whether or not Inkryptus offers it yet: courses, mentoring, workshops, training programs, paid communities, and signal or trading groups. IBOs may not use their network to sell their own products or services.
No Trading Outside the Platform
IBOs may not buy, sell, or exchange INKY or any other crypto asset for users, prospects, or network members outside the Inkryptus Platform, whether by bank transfer, cash, or any other arrangement. Users buy and sell by themselves, through the Platform's own features, such as Swap and, where available, P2P.
Communication and Source of Truth
IBOs may choose their own communication methods and strategies. However, all information shared with clients and prospects must be consistent with official Inkryptus materials (application, documentation portal, official social media). IBOs must never provide information that misleads clients or contradicts published platform data. Clients with questions must be directed to support@inkryptus.com.
Providing inaccurate or unauthorized information, whether intentionally or through negligence, is a serious violation subject to immediate enforcement action.
Ongoing Monitoring
Inkryptus continuously monitors Partner Program activity for suspicious patterns. Accounts engaging in fraud, market manipulation, or systematic rule-breaking are subject to investigation. Consequences may include temporary suspension, permanent banishment, or legal action where applicable.
Fiscal Obligations
Income Attribution
All commissions earned through the Partner Program are credited directly to the IBO's wallet within the Inkryptus platform (IBO Wallet).
Tax Responsibility
The IBO is solely responsible for complying with tax and fiscal obligations in their jurisdiction, including reporting income to local tax authorities, filing required tax returns, and paying applicable taxes, duties, and levies.
Tax Documentation
IBOs may request an Account Report via Profile > Account > Statement to obtain a detailed record of all earnings and transactions. This report can assist in tax preparation and documentation.
Prohibited Claims
No Guarantee Language
- Never state or imply that returns are guaranteed, assured, or risk-free.
- Do not use phrases like "guaranteed income," "sure profits," or "zero risk."
No Misleading Marketing
- All promotional content must be factually accurate and based on verifiable data.
- Do not exaggerate or misrepresent historical performance as predictive of future results.
- Avoid selective presentation of positive outcomes without disclosing full risk context.
Data Verification Requirement
Any claim about program mechanics, historical performance, or earning potential must be:
- 1
App verification
Publicly verifiable via the Inkryptus app.
- 2
On-chain records
Documented in BscScan smart contract records.
- 3
Official documentation
Referenced in this documentation or official help center materials.
Claims not meeting these criteria must not be used in promotional materials.
Enforcement and Violations
Violations of these rules may result in:
| Severity | Action |
|---|---|
| Minor | Warning notice |
| Moderate | Temporary suspension of commission payouts |
| Severe | Permanent account suspension |
| Critical | Forfeiture of earned commissions |
| Legal | Referral to law enforcement or regulatory authorities (if applicable) |
Inkryptus reserves the right to update these rules. An updated rule takes effect on the date it is published and applies to conduct from that date onward, in line with clauses 13.1 and 13.2 of the IBO Program Terms.
