Partner Program FAQ

An IBO (Independent Business Owner) is a participant in the Inkryptus Partner Program. IBOs promote the platform, refer new users, and earn commissions based on real activity generated within their network (up to 7 levels deep on the subscription, the transaction fees and the staking performance fee; the Arena reaches three). Nobody is paid for recruiting: a commission is always a share of a fee the platform has charged, and it is generated by activity, not by the act of signing somebody up. The IBO subscription is one of those platform fees, and Inkryptus chooses to share a percentage of it with the IBO who referred the subscriber, on the same terms as every other fee it shares.

The Partner Program shares platform fees with IBOs based on real activity:

• Activity-based commissions: Earnings come from the four fees the platform charges and shares: the IBO subscription, the transaction fee on each Withdraw, Swap and Harvest, the staking performance fee, and the Arena fee.
• No inventory requirement: IBOs do not purchase kits, bundles, or inventory.
• No mandatory purchases: Users can register on the platform and use it without becoming an IBO.
• Utility-driven: Users earn staking rewards and access products regardless of IBO status.

Commissions are credited daily in INKY based on network activity.

One condition applies to the staking performance fee: to receive a commission on it, the IBO must hold an active staking position in the same asset the commission originates from. An IBO with nothing staked in that asset is not eligible for the performance fee commission on it.

There is no limit to network size. IBOs can build networks of unlimited depth in user count. However, commissions are distributed up to 7 levels of network depth (10% per level). Referrals beyond level 7 do not generate commissions for the sponsoring IBO. The Arena is the one exception: its fee is shared down to three levels only.

When an IBO's subscription becomes inactive (payment not renewed):

• The IBO status changes to inactive.
• New users may still join the network via the IBO's referral link.
• No commission is generated while inactive. Activity in the network still happens, but it produces no commission for an inactive IBO, so there is nothing pending to collect later.
• Existing network members remain linked and their activity is preserved; the network is not deleted.
• Reactivation: The IBO can resume the subscription at any time and begins receiving commissions again from the date of reactivation. There is no retroactivity: activity that happened while the IBO was inactive generated no commission, so renewing does not release anything for that period.

All Partner Program commissions are paid in INKY.

Other earnings: staking rewards are paid in the same currency as the staked contract (USDT, INKY, CAKE, etc.).

Commission payments are transparent and verifiable through two methods:

1. In-App Dashboard: Access IBO > Earnings to view historical commission accruals and real-time payment status. The dashboard updates daily at 00:30 UTC.

2. On-Chain Verification: All Partner Program commissions are recorded in public smart contracts on BNB Smart Chain. Use BscScan to inspect contract address, transaction history for your wallet address, and token transfers.

Users who register without a sponsor have 30 days to add one manually:

• Path: Profile > Account > Sponsor
• Deadline: Strictly 30 days from account creation.
• After 30 days: No sponsor can be added.

This window is non-negotiable and cannot be extended.

No. Commissions are only credited after the sponsor linkage is established.

If a user registers without a sponsor and the sponsor is added later (within the 30-day window), commissions generated during the unsponsored period are forfeited to Inkryptus. Only commissions earned after the sponsor is linked are credited to the IBO.

Tax responsibility rests solely with the IBO:

• Income Reporting: All Partner Program earnings must be reported to local tax authorities.
• No Withholding: Inkryptus does not withhold taxes or submit filings on behalf of IBOs.
• Documentation: Request an Account Report via Profile > Account > Statement for a record of earnings.
• Professional Advice: Consult a tax professional in your jurisdiction.

Failure to comply with tax obligations is the sole responsibility of the IBO.

In app, go to IBO Program and activate/renew manually. The subscription is not automatic.

The invite link is inside the IBO Program. After activation, it appears on the dashboard for sharing with your network. To get the link, IBO must be activated in the app.

Monthly subscription is US$24, paid in USDT directly through the IBO Program dashboard in the app. Renewal is manual each cycle. To stop, simply do not renew in the next cycle. The first 30 days are free.

Network management indicators: team size, daily profit, all-time profit, invite link, and network activities.

Share your invite link. When a new user signs up through the link, they enter your network. Once your referral link is generated (at the start of the free trial), the network can grow regardless of subscription status.

If a user registers without a Sponsor, they have 30 days from account creation to add one manually in Profile > Account > Sponsor. After this period, no Sponsor can be added.

Your username is always shared automatically with referred users. Additionally, you can choose to share name, email, and/or phone (opt-in). By default, no additional data is shared. Configure in Profile > Account > Sponsor.
