- BTCB (Bitcoin on BNB Chain)
- ETH (on BNB Chain)
- INKY
- CAKE

If it takes longer than 24 hours, contact support with all transaction details.
3.5 Minimum deposit and safety check
Minimum deposit depends on the platform you use to send funds. On Binance, for example, the minimum is typically US$10.
Safety tip: always verify the first and last 5-6 characters of the destination address and confirm the network is BEP20.
Warning: Inkryptus does not support fiat deposits in the app. Only supported crypto assets on BEP20.

Lists available assets and balances by token. Each asset has its own screen with deposit, send, buy, and sell actions (when applicable).

Shows staking contracts with average APR, all-time profit, and active balances.
5. Buying and selling assets
5.1 Asset actions
- Add Funds: generates a deposit address.

5.2 Buy asset (e.g., INKY)

- Review fee and minimum amount shown on screen.
- Confirm.
5.3 Sell asset (e.g., INKY)
- Open INKY and tap Sell.
- Enter the amount to sell.
- On the first screen, the USDT value shown is an initial estimate based on the current token price.
- On the confirmation step, the app queries the contract and shows the real execution amount, already considering liquidity and swap pool impact.
- Review the real amount on confirmation and all fees before final approval.
- Confirm to receive USDT according to operation settlement rules.
5.4 Step-by-step: How to buy INKY
- Open your Inkryptus Wallet.
- Tap Wallet, then Assets.

In the app, the reference asset is always USDT to simplify the experience. Path: Assets → select the asset → Buy or Sell.
Typical flow: USDT → Buy INKY → Stake → Harvest → Sell INKY → USDT → Withdraw.
Warning: for external withdrawals, we strongly recommend converting INKY to USDT before sending. Not all exchanges/wallets recognize INKY.
Important for sell/withdraw: first-screen amount is an estimate. The decision value is the confirmation-screen amount, which already includes pool liquidity impact.

6.1 Send assets
- Open the asset and tap Send.
- Paste the destination address.
- Confirm the destination network is BEP20.
- For external transfers, prefer USDT when compatibility is uncertain.
- Enter the amount and validate with the email code.
- Track the status in app history and the network explorer.
Warning: before confirming any transfer, review address, asset, and BEP20 network. Send a small test amount when needed. ALWAYS.
6.2 How to find the TXID (hash)
- For transfers outside the platform, open the asset details to find the transaction hash.
- For actions within the platform, check the transaction ID in the history.
- If you cannot find it, contact support with the operation details.
6.3 Withdraw to local currency via Binance (off-ramp)
- Confirm the USDT deposit in Binance (Wallet → Spot).
- Convert to your local currency (BRL / USD / EUR).
- Go to Wallet → Spot → Withdraw and choose the method (PIX, SEPA, etc.).
Note: Binance may require KYC and additional checks depending on your region.
6.4 Step-by-step: Withdraw USDT to Binance

- Select USDT, choose network BSC (BEP20), and copy the deposit address.
- In Inkryptus Wallet, open Wallet → Assets → Tether (USDT).
- Tap Send and paste the Binance address.

- Harvested value is credited to your available Assets balance in up to 1 cycle (average 24h).
- Harvest fee: fixed US$3 charged at claim time according to the operation asset.
- Minimum harvest amount:US$3.
7.5 Step-by-step: Harvest profits and convert INKY to USDT

- Select your active contract and tap Harvest.
- Confirm the harvest transaction.
- Go to Wallet → Assets → Inkryptus (INKY).

7.6 Close contract
To redeem principal (invested capital), you must close the contract.

- Important rule: contracts run by cycle. If the contract is already at maturity (end of term), you can request closing.
- After the close request, principal is released to wallet in up to 1 cycle (average 24h).
- Fee: there is no fee to close a contract.
- After settlement, principal returns to your Assets balance.
7.7 Common Staking cycle questions
- I opened a contract and see no yield yet: expected behavior. Opening confirms in up to 1 cycle, and first reward comes in the next cycle.
- I ran Harvest and balance did not arrive instantly: expected behavior. Credit happens in up to 1 cycle.
- I closed a contract and funds did not return immediately: expected behavior. Settlement happens in up to 1 cycle after request.
- How to reduce operational mistakes: always check staking product type, confirmed amount, contract status, and history before opening a support ticket.
8. IBO Program
8.1 Entry point and dashboard
- Path: Home → IBO Program.
- This area centralizes dashboard metrics, referral links, and operational IBO details.
- The dashboard sections are organized as: Subscription, Earnings, Network, and Wallet.
8.2 First-time onboarding modal (3 screens)
The first time a user opens IBO Program, a 3-screen modal is displayed to explain how the module works.
Important: this onboarding modal appears only once (first access).
8.3 Subscription screen
- Shows current subscription status.
- Provides the Renew Subscription action.
- Shows your Invite Link.
- Shows a scannable QR Code that points to your invite link.
Invite link behavior: invite links are mobile-only. If opened on desktop, the user is redirected to the Inkryptus website.
8.4 Earnings screen
- Detailed earnings panel with date filters.
- History of earnings and level-by-level breakdown.
- Data refresh schedule: once per day at 00:30 UTC.
8.5 Network screen
- Quantitative network metrics (total users in your network).
- Growth indicator compared to the last 7 days.
- At the bottom, you can enter a username and verify whether that user belongs to your network.
8.6 Wallet screen (IBO Wallet)
This is the most important IBO tab. IBO-related earnings are now separated from the user's main wallet.
- IBO earnings stay in IBO Wallet until transfer.
- To use those funds in regular app operations, the IBO must transfer from IBO Wallet → User Wallet.
- Estimated Balance = total earnings currently available for withdrawal/transfer.
- Transfer button moves all balances related to commissions, campaigns, and similar IBO earnings (currently no fee).
- Harvest moves balances related to profit fee only.
Profit fee rule: a fixed platform fee of US$3 applies, so amounts below US$3 cannot be withdrawn, consistent with staking behavior.
8.7 Balance detail and withdrawal history
- Asset-by-asset balance details inside IBO Wallet.
- History report of transfers/rescues from IBO Wallet → User Wallet.
- Use this report for reconciliation of commissions, fees, and payout operations.

- Recommended path: open via app first, then follow updates by email.
10.2 How app support works
- Manual ticket path: Home > Support > Open a New Ticket.
- After opening, monitor and reply through your email inbox.

10.3 Native AI in Support (Chat with Support)
- AI support path: Home > Support > Chat with Support.
- Describe the issue and follow the AI guidance first.
- If the AI cannot resolve it, request: create a ticket.
- The AI sends the conversation context and opens the ticket automatically for you.

Always open the ticket with as much information as possible. This speeds up diagnosis and resolution.
- Transaction ID (TXID/hash), when the issue involves transfers, swap, withdrawal, or deposit.
- Problem description: what happened, expected behavior, and current status.
- Attempted solution: what you already tried before contacting support.
- Date/time of event (preferably with timezone) and impacted asset/network.
