1. Platform

What is Inkryptus?

Inkryptus is a crypto solutions platform with a custodial digital wallet and integrated products. In a single app, users can store supported assets, add funds, buy and sell assets, access staking products, use the IBO program, and interact with on-chain utilities.

The operational model combines beginner-friendly usability with blockchain execution, prioritizing security, transparency, and operational compliance.

Is Inkryptus a traditional exchange?

No. The focus is a wallet-first experience with built-in products, reducing technical friction for beginner and intermediate users.

Can I use it in a web browser?

At the moment, usage is through the official iOS and Android app.

2. Account & Security

How do I create an account?

Download the official app, tap Create Account / Sign Up, complete the requested data, validate the email code, create your password, and accept the terms. Registration is available only for users aged 18+.

I forgot my username or password. What should I do?

On the login screen, use Forgot Password, enter your registered email, and follow the instructions sent. This flow helps with access recovery and account identification.

How do I complete KYC (identity verification)?

After login, tap your profile icon, go to Security, then Identity Verification. Submit a valid document and a clear selfie for validation.

KYC is a security layer for both the platform and the user.

Does the platform provide security features?

Yes. Operations include in-app security checks, email verification for critical actions, and optional biometric login on supported devices (Face ID/Fingerprint).

I do not receive the verification code by email. What should I do?

Check that your app is updated. If the code does not arrive, contact support by email with account name, registered email, details, and a screenshot of the issue.

My KYC has been “under review” for a long time. What is the expected timeline?

The standard timeline is up to 2 days. Verification is handled by a third-party provider. If it takes longer than 2 days, contact support with account name, email, details, and a screenshot.

KYC fails or does not start after tapping “Start Verification”. How can I fix it?

Update the app and try again. If it still fails, contact support with account name, email, details, and a screenshot of the issue.

How do I change my email, phone number, name, or date of birth?

At the moment, these fields cannot be changed. After the full KYC implementation, this function will be released. Please wait for the update.

3. Network & Assets

Which blockchain network does Inkryptus support?

Inkryptus operates exclusively on BNB Smart Chain (BEP20). Sending assets through any other network may cause permanent fund loss.

Which assets are currently supported?

Main supported assets include USDT, BTCB, ETH (on BNB Chain), INKY, CAKE, BSW, RDNT, and SHIB.

Can I send any BEP20 token?

No. The asset must be supported by Inkryptus in addition to using the correct network. Unsupported tokens may not be credited.

4. Deposits & Wallet

How do I add funds?

Use Add Funds from Home or Wallet, select the asset, copy the address (or QR code), and send through BEP20.

Does Inkryptus accept fiat deposits inside the app?

No. At this time, in-app deposits are made with supported crypto assets.

How can I track balance and transaction history?

In Wallet, you can view estimated balance, assets/products composition, transaction history, and active contracts.

My deposit did not appear in the wallet. What should I do?

Wait up to 24 hours. If it still does not reflect after that, contact support with all details.

5. Buy, Sell & Send

How do buy and sell operations work in the app?

Open the target asset and use Buy or Sell. Operations are asset-based, with fees and minimums displayed on the confirmation screen.

How do I send assets to another wallet or exchange?

Open the asset, tap Send, paste the destination address, confirm BEP20, enter the amount, and validate with the email code.

My withdrawal has been “processing” for more than 24 hours. What should I do?

Withdrawals usually do not take more than 24 hours. Confirm that the transaction is truly pending and that you validated the email code (every transaction sends a code to complete it).

Can I send INKY to any exchange?

Not always. Some wallets/exchanges do not read INKY correctly. Strong recommendation: convert INKY to USDT before sending outside Inkryptus, and always confirm BEP20.

I sent INKY without converting to USDT. Is reversal possible?

Some BEP20 wallets accept INKY (e.g., Coinbase Wallet, Trust Wallet, Binance Wallet). However, if the destination does not support INKY (e.g., Binance spot/trade), a reversal process may be required with the exchange. In this case, they usually ask for data to confirm the return address.

For Binance appeals: Tax ID is not applicable (Inkryptus does not provide one). Hash ID: use the TXID of the transaction on BNB Smart Chain. If Binance requests additional clarification, let us know exactly what they are asking for.

I swapped and the balance did not update. How long does it take?

It can take up to 24 hours. If it takes longer, contact support with all details.

How can I find the TXID/hash of my transaction?

For transfers outside the platform, the hash appears in the asset details. For actions within the platform, you will see the transaction ID. If needed, contact support with the information.

What if I delete my account without withdrawing funds first?

Deleting the account without prior withdrawal may result in permanent loss of funds. Withdraw before closing the account.

6. Staking

Which staking pools are available?

Main products include USDT Pool, INKY Pool (flexible), fixed-term INKY Pools (6, 12, 24, and 36 months), CAKE Pool, and BSW Pool.

How do I open a staking contract?

Go to Products or Stake, select a pool, tap Stake / Open a new contract, enter the amount, and confirm.

What is Harvest?

Harvest means claiming rewards without closing the main contract.

Harvest has been processing for more than 24 hours. What should I do?

Update the app and try again. If it continues, contact support with all details.

My last cycle profit shows 0 or is missing. What does it mean?

Update the app, wait, and check if there is anything pending. If it continues, contact support with all details.

My USDT is “locked”. What is the period and why?

This usually happens due to staking. Go to Staking and cancel the contract to recover the funds.

Important: contract creation takes 1 cycle (24h). After that cycle, if there is no lock period, the contract can be canceled and the finalization takes one more cycle.

Can I close a contract early?

Fixed-term contracts follow each product's rule set and usually can only be closed after expiration. Always read contract terms before confirming.

7. IBO Program

What is the IBO Program?

IBO (Independent Business Owner) is Inkryptus' affiliate program. Participants activate their subscription, share referral links, and track network performance in the dashboard.

How do I activate or renew?

In the app, open IBO Program and activate/renew manually. The subscription is not automatic.

How do I get my referral/invite link?

The invite link is inside the IBO Program. It offers additional benefits beyond a simple referral, and the 30-day trial is free to understand how it works.

To access the link, you must activate the IBO Program in the app.

How much does it cost, and how do I cancel?

The monthly subscription is US$24. To stop, simply do not renew in the next cycle.

8. Coin Flip

How does Coin Flip work?

You choose one side, set the INKY amount, check payout, and confirm via Play. Results are instant.

Yes. This feature is intended for users aged 18+. Play responsibly and only with amounts that match your risk profile.

9. Fees & Limits

What are the main operating fees?

Inkryptus applies operating fees according to the action performed (for example: withdraw, harvest, and conversion), plus specific rules for products such as staking and IBO. All applicable costs are displayed before confirmation.

  • Usual transactional fee references on the platform: US$3 per applicable operation.
  • IBO: monthly subscription reference of US$24.
  • Staking: performance fee applied to effective profit, according to product rules.

Final values may vary by product, asset, and operational updates.

Is there a staking performance fee?

Yes. In the platform model, performance fees apply to effective profit, not to the principal amount invested.

Are minimum values permanently fixed?

No. Minimums and operating conditions may vary by asset/product. Always check in-app fields and warnings before confirming.

10. Support & Legal

How do I contact official support?

The app does not switch to PT-BR even when my phone is set to Portuguese. What should I do?

This can happen when new features are being released; PT-BR is prioritized after testing. Update the app and try again. If it persists, contact support with details.

Is Inkryptus legally compliant?

The platform follows security, transparency, and compliance practices, with continuous monitoring of regulatory requirements applicable to digital assets. User eligibility and obligations depend on local jurisdiction.

Do I need to report crypto holdings for tax purposes?
