Send assets (external withdrawal)

    Select asset

    Open the asset in your wallet and tap Send.

    Paste destination

    Paste the destination wallet address.

    Confirm BEP20

    Verify that the destination wallet supports BNB Smart Chain (BEP20).

    Enter amount

    Enter the withdrawal amount. Observe the minimum (US$6) and the flat platform fee (3 USDT), which is charged as a value in USDT and deducted in the asset you are sending. Network gas is a separate cost, paid to the blockchain.

    Validate with email code

    Tap Confirm and enter the security code sent to your email.

    Track transaction

    Monitor progress through the transaction hash in app history.

How to find the TXID (hash)

  • External transfers: open asset details and locate the transaction hash.
  • Internal actions: check the transaction ID in app history.
  • If you cannot find it, contact support with operation details.

Example: Send USDT to an exchange

    Get the exchange deposit address

    In your exchange, open the crypto deposit section, select USDT, choose BSC (BEP20) as the network, and copy the deposit address.

    Send from Inkryptus

    In Inkryptus: Wallet > Assets > Tether (USDT) > Send. Paste the exchange deposit address.

    Enter amount and confirm

    Tap Next, enter amount (or MAX), tap Send, and validate with email code.

Expected result: USDT arrives in your exchange account for conversion to local currency.

Withdraw to local currency (off-ramp via an exchange)

    Confirm receipt

    In your exchange, verify USDT arrived in your spot/main account.

    Convert to fiat

    Convert USDT to your local currency (BRL, USD, EUR, etc.).

    Withdraw

    Go to your exchange's fiat withdrawal section and choose your method (PIX, SEPA, etc.).

Safety screens for INKY sends

Every time you send INKY to any address, the app shows two confirmation screens before the transfer. They appear on every INKY send and cannot be disabled.

The practical risk these screens protect against is sending INKY to a centralized exchange that does not list it (most centralized exchanges). In that case, the deposit will not be credited and recovery has to be requested manually. Any external wallet that supports BEP-20 tokens (external wallet apps, hardware wallets, etc.) accepts INKY normally.

    Heading: Where are you sending INKY? Message: Your answer matters. Sending INKY to a wallet or exchange that does not accept it can permanently lose your funds. Read carefully and pick the correct option. Pick one:

    • My own wallet: an external wallet you control (e.g., an external wallet app or hardware wallet). Any BEP-20-compatible wallet accepts INKY.
    • Another Inkryptus wallet: another account on Inkryptus.
    • An exchange: any centralized exchange. Most exchanges do not list INKY and will not credit the deposit. The recommended workflow is to convert INKY to USDT inside Inkryptus first, then send USDT.

Recover INKY sent to an exchange

If you sent INKY directly to an exchange without converting to USDT first, the tokens will not be credited automatically because INKY is not listed on that exchange. In most cases, recovery is possible by requesting a manual return from the exchange.

Step 1: Open a support ticket with the exchange

On most exchange apps, follow these general steps:

    Open menu

    Open the main menu (often a hamburger icon).

  2. 2

    Find support

    Open the Help and Support section.

  3. 3

    Select issue

    Find the self-service options and choose the crypto deposit issue (for example, Crypto Deposits Not Received).

  4. 4

    Open manual ticket

    Tap Contact Support to open a manual ticket.

Once the ticket is open, request the return of your INKY tokens to your Inkryptus deposit address via BEP20. Include the following information:

Step 4: After the tokens are back in your Inkryptus wallet

    Go to Wallet > Assets > INKY and verify the returned tokens are visible.

    Convert to USDT

    Tap Sell to convert INKY to USDT.

  3. 3

    Send USDT to the exchange

    Send the USDT to your exchange address via BEP20. This is the recommended workflow for moving value out of Inkryptus.
