Only after the User expresses his/her "acceptance," that is, his/her agreement to the Privacy Policy, will the platform release the link to fill in personal data, and the User will be able to enjoy the services offered by the INKRYPTUS platform.


All practices described in this Privacy Policy apply to the treatment of personal data and are subject to the legislation in force.

PURPOSE OF THE COLLECTION OF PERSONAL DATA 


INKRYPTUS uses your personal data to provide high-quality service and offer the best products to its users. We will detail below the purposes for which we use and treat your personal data.

  • Marketing, prospecting, market and opinion research, and promotion of our products and services, including enablement of offerings and sending information about products, services, innovations, features, content, news, and other relevant events for the relationship with the User;

  • Prevention and solution of technical or security issues;

  • Investigations and measures to prevent and combat illicit acts, fraud, and financial crimes and guarantee the safety of INKRYPTUS users;

  • Preventing fraud and ensuring user safety in the processes of identification and registration authentication and of new devices;

  • Regular exercise of INKRYPTUS'S rights, including presenting documents in judicial and administrative proceedings, if necessary;

  • Collaboration or compliance with an order by a court, competent authority, or supervisory body;

  • Compliance with legal or regulatory obligations.

 

INKRYPTUS does not disclose personal information nor link your preferences, accesses and responses to your registration. When we share this information for statistical purposes, it is done on a consolidated basis and without any identification.
Should there be any changes to this PRIVACY POLICY, these will be informed to the general public by announcement on our main page and to registered USERS by email. However, it is essential that you periodically check this page.


In order to enjoy the SERVICES, USERS will always be informed about the personal data to be collected. It is the USER's decision whether to provide such data or not, and, in each case, the USER will be advised of the consequences of his/her decision. All information collected from USERS securely travels over the internet and is protected by encryption.

The USER guarantees the integrity and accuracy of the personal data he/she provides on the PLATFORM, assuming the corresponding liability if they are not exact. During the entire period in which the User benefits from our services or products or is an INKRYPTUS customer, we guarantee that the storage and treatment of personal data will be kept in a safe and controlled environment. We may store users' personal data for an additional period of time for the purpose of auditing compliance with legal or regulatory obligations, including the time necessary to comply with any obligations imposed by public bodies or lawsuits.

The User is aware that there is always a risk in the traffic of information on the internet; however, INKRYPTUS is committed to using the best market standards to protect the data of its users, such as security devices and firewalls.


MODIFICATION AND EXCLUSION OF INFORMATION


The USER may review and change inconsistent and/or outdated information when necessary. The USER may also request deletion of his/her data - when the relationship between the parties ends. INKRYPTUS will delete the data within the legal limits and obligations.

THE PLATFORM 


INKRYPTUS may update the platform whenever it wishes or when necessary, as well as fail to make it available, update it, or even discontinue it at any time, committing itself to act transparently with all its users.


In case of discontinuity of the platform, INKRYPTUS will inform its users within 30 (thirty) days of advance.


THE PLATFORM'S SERVICES


By creating an INKRYPTUS account and depositing funds, you will be able to use one or all of our services: 
(I) Use our wallet service. Deposit, withdraw, buy, sell, and swap. 
(II) Use our Yield Farming and Staking services by creating a contract. Receive a DAILY PROFIT due to Yield Farming and Staking. Inkryptus will charge 25% of the daily profit, and the client will receive 75% of the daily profit.     
(III) Funds deposited into the wallet can be withdrawn at any time. Funds used to Yield Farming and Staking will be available to withdraw after 24 hours of the contract's cancellation. You can cancel your contract at any time.
(IV) Earned profits can be harvested or compounded. 
(V) IBO Program. By signing into our IBO Program, you can build your customer-based business and earn from every Transaction Fee generated.


The program has a monthly subscription of $24. The earnings are specified in the website www.inkryptus.com .

Inky Max Supply 200 million tokens.
Inkryptus Inky Supply 10 million tokens.
Inky minting: 1% of the total "Inky Tokens" retained throughout Inkryptus Stake and Yield Farming Products will be minted daily and paid out to all Inkryptus products. The total of 1% of tokens minted can be at most 10.000 tokens per day, a rule established on our smart contract.

By accepting the present term, the user warrants and represents that it understands that the eventual information of gains and/or positive results related to the services available on the platform provided by INKRYPTUS are merely speculative, considering the profitability obtained by the service in the last period.
