KYC fails or does not start after tapping "Start Verification". How do I fix it?

Update the app and try again. Then check connection and camera permissions. If it persists, contact support with account name, email, details, and screenshot of the issue.

Step-by-step: go to Tutorials page.

How do I change account email, phone, name, or birth date?

At this time, these changes are not yet enabled in the standard flow. This functionality is part of the platform roadmap and will be available in a future update.

3. Network & Assets

Which network does Inkryptus support?

To maintain security standards and operational consistency, Inkryptus operates exclusively on BNB Smart Chain (BEP20), which is the token standard accepted in the app. Transfers on any other network may cause permanent fund loss.

Which assets are currently supported?

The wallet works with a BEP20 asset selection aligned with the platform's current ecosystem, including:

  • USDT (Dollar Tether)
  • BTCB (Bitcoin on BNB Chain)
  • ETH (on BNB Chain)
  • INKY
  • CAKE
  • BSW
  • RDNT
  • SHIB

This list may evolve with the product roadmap; always confirm in the app before transferring.

Can I send any BEP20 token?

No. In addition to being on the correct network, the asset must be listed as supported by Inkryptus. Unsupported tokens may not be credited.

4. Deposits & Wallet

How do I add funds?

The deposit flow is straightforward: use Add Funds on Home or in Wallet, select the asset, copy the address (or QR code), and send through BEP20.

Full walkthrough: go to Tutorials page.

Does Inkryptus accept fiat deposits in the app?

At this moment, in-app deposits are made using supported crypto assets. Fiat (traditional currencies such as USD and EUR) depends on roadmap and regulatory compliance by jurisdiction.

How do I track balance and history?

In the Wallet area, you can track estimated balance, composition between assets and products, transaction history, and active contracts in one panel.

Full walkthrough: go to Tutorials page.

A deposit was sent but did not appear in the wallet. How should I check and act?

First, validate BEP20 network, asset, and on-chain status (TXID, the unique transaction code on blockchain). Credit may take up to 24h. If it does not reflect after this period, contact support with all details.

Step-by-step: go to Tutorials page.

First deposit tip

For maximum operational safety, make a small test transaction first and, after confirming credit, move the main amount.

5. Buy, Sell & Send

How do I buy and sell assets in the app?

Buy and sell are done directly on each asset screen using Buy and Sell. Before confirmation, app shows fee and minimum values for informed decision-making.

Full walkthrough: go to Tutorials page.

How do I send to another wallet/exchange?

Open asset, tap Send, paste destination address, confirm BEP20, enter amount, and validate with email code.

Full walkthrough: go to Tutorials page.

My withdrawal is "processing" for more than 24h. What should I do?

Withdrawals are usually completed before 24h. Confirm transaction status and whether email verification code was confirmed.

If still pending after 24h, contact support with details.

Step-by-step: go to Tutorials page.

Can I send INKY to any exchange?

For better receiving compatibility, operational recommendation is to send USDT on BEP20. Some exchanges/wallets do not support direct reading of INKY.

Therefore, recommended procedure is to convert INKY to USDT before sending outside Inkryptus and always confirm BEP20 network.

INKY was sent out without converting to USDT. Is reversal possible?

In some cases recovery is possible with destination platform when exchange/wallet offers reversal process. Analysis depends on receiving platform policy.

If a ticket is opened, transaction data is usually required (such as TXID on BNB Smart Chain and return address).

I made a swap and balance did not update. How long does it take?

In specific operational scenarios, balance may take up to 24h to reflect. If it exceeds this period, contact support with details.

Step-by-step: go to Tutorials page.

Why don't I receive exactly displayed price when selling a large amount of INKY? And why does buying also change price?

In AMM logic (Automated Market Maker, automatic pricing model based on liquidity pools), price is dynamic and adjusts during order execution. This makes price formation transparent and based on supply and demand.

Displayed price is value of the next traded token at that moment, not average price of the entire order.

Large sell: price tends to decreaseLarge buy: price tends to increaseExecuted volumePrice
Large sell: price tends to decrease
Large buy: price tends to increase
Legend: dynamic execution price (AMM), varying by volume and liquidity.

When you sell (INKY to USDT):

  • INKY amount in the pool increases.
  • USDT liquidity in the pool decreases.
  • INKY price decreases during execution.

When you buy (USDT to INKY):

  • USDT amount in the pool increases.
  • INKY liquidity in the pool decreases.
  • INKY price increases during execution.

Summary: this is AMM pricing mechanism (supply and demand), not hidden fee and not platform error.

Technical model reference: check the Whitepaper.

What is the difference between price variation (AMM) and operation fee?

These are different and complementary components:

  • Price variation (AMM): market effect during execution caused by order size and available liquidity.
  • Operation fee: operational cost displayed before confirmation.

In practice, final operation result considers both, with transparency in confirmation flow.

Full detail: check the Whitepaper.

What happens if I delete account without withdrawing funds?

To preserve assets, withdraw before closing account. Deletion without prior withdrawal may cause permanent loss of values.

6. Staking

Which pools are available?

Main products include USDT Pool, INKY Pool (flexible), fixed-term INKY Pools (6, 12, 24 and 36 months), CAKE Pool and BSW Pool, allowing strategies by profile and time horizon.

What is total INKY supply and how is it distributed?

Total supply is 200,000,000 INKY, with a distribution model designed for long-term sustainability.

  • 5% (10,000,000 INKY): allocation for company operations (OPEX).
  • 95% (190,000,000 INKY): allocated for community distribution through staking rules.

Full technical basis is in Whitepaper: check the Whitepaper.

Why does staking yield increase or decrease over time?

Yield is dynamic by design, following transparent platform rules. This allows system adjustment to ecosystem growth without promising artificial fixed rates.

In the current model, daily staking emission is distributed proportionally across eligible contracts. When total staked amount increases, the same emission is split among more participants; when it decreases, distribution occurs over a smaller base.

In summary: percentage varies according to total staked amount at that moment.

How is staking emission calculated in practice (1% with daily cap)?

Operational logic is: emit 1% of total staked amount per day, currently limited to 10,000 INKY tokens/day. This cap protects model sustainability over time.

  • Example 1: if there are 900k INKY in staking, 1% equals 9,000 tokens/day (below cap).
  • Example 2: if there are 4M INKY in staking, 1% would be 40k, but daily cap applies; emission is limited to maximum allowed.
  • Above 1M INKY in staking, daily emission is capped at current 10,000 tokens/day; therefore daily percentage becomes ratio between 10,000 and total staked amount.

Simplified view: the higher total staked amount is, the lower effective daily percentage tends to be when emission cap is active.

0k = 0%500k = 0.5%900k = 0.9%1M = 1%2M = 0.5%4M = 0.25%6M ~ 0.16%Total staked amountEffective daily %
Illustrative curve based on 1% emission with current cap of 10,000 INKY/day.

After this, distribution follows each product/plan rules (term, eligibility, and business rule). Therefore effective yield by plan may vary over time.

Emission and distribution rules: check the Whitepaper.

Why can inflation control reduce daily percentage and still strengthen the model?

With controlled emission, ecosystem gains predictability and avoids inflationary growth without discipline. This helps balance user participation and token sustainability in long term.

Without daily cap
  • Higher short-term emission.
  • Risk of accelerated inflation.
  • Higher structural supply pressure.
With daily cap (current model)
  • More predictable emission.
  • Inflation and scarcity discipline.
  • Long-term sustainability focus.
  • Prevents uncontrolled supply inflation.
  • Preserves scarcity discipline of the asset.
  • Encourages long-term value-building vision.
  • Reduces risk of structural pressure from excessive emission.

Important: this content is informational and does not represent promise of return. Rules and parameters may evolve according to product.

Technical and governance basis: check the Whitepaper.

Where can I track total staked amount and yield updates?

You can track in the app at Wallet → Products and each pool/contract screen. Those screens show current operational data such as active balance, yield, and product indicators.

As model is dynamic, always use app displayed data as official reference for current cycle.

How do I open a contract?

Go to Products or Stake, choose pool, tap Stake / Open a new contract, enter amount, review terms, and confirm.

Full walkthrough: go to Tutorials page.

What is Harvest?

Harvest is claiming yields without closing main contract. This lets you manage cash without interrupting contract strategy.

Harvest is processing for more than 24h. What is the correct flow?

Update app, review operation, and wait processing window. If it exceeds 24h, contact support with all details.

My previous cycle profit shows 0 or missing. What does it mean?

First update app and wait cycle closing. Then check operational pending items. If still divergent, contact support with all details.

Balance is "locked". What is period and why?

This usually indicates allocation in a product with active contract rules. To release, go to Staking and follow closing flow according to plan type.

Operational note: contract creation takes 1 cycle (24h). After this cycle, cancellation may be requested when product allows it. After cancellation, there may be one more cycle for finalization.

Step-by-step: go to Tutorials page.

Can I cancel contract before maturity?

Fixed-term contracts follow product rules and are generally closed at maturity. Before confirming any contract, validate period and conditions shown on screen.

7. IBO Program

What is IBO Program?

IBO (Independent Business Owner) is Inkryptus affiliate program. With it, participant activates subscription, shares invites, and tracks network and results in dedicated dashboard.

How do I activate or renew?

In app, go to IBO Program and activate/renew manually. Subscription is not automatic.

Full walkthrough: go to Tutorials page.

How do I get my invite link/referral code?

Invite link is inside IBO Program. After activation, it appears on dashboard for sharing with your network.

Initial trial period helps understand program dynamics before recurring renewal.

To get link, IBO must be activated in app.

How much does it cost and how do I cancel?

Reference monthly subscription is US$24. To stop, simply do not renew in next cycle.

What can I see in IBO dashboard?

Network management indicators such as team size, daily profit, all-time profit, invite link, and network activities.

8. Coin Flip

How does Coin Flip work?

You choose one side, define amount in INKY, review payout, and confirm via Play. The result is immediate in the game flow.

Full walkthrough: go to Tutorials page.

Is there a responsible-use rule?

Yes. This feature is intended for users aged 18+. Recommendation is to use only amounts compatible with your profile and strategy.

9. Fees & Limits

What are the main operational fees?

Inkryptus applies operational fees by action type (for example: withdraw, harvest, and conversion), plus specific rules for products such as staking and IBO. All applicable costs are shown before confirmation.

  • Usual transactional fee reference: US$3 per applicable operation.
  • IBO: monthly reference subscription of US$24.
  • Staking: performance fee charged on effective profit, according to product rules.

Final values may vary by product, asset, and operational updates.

Is there a performance fee in staking?

Yes. In platform model, performance fee is charged on effective profit and not on principal amount invested. In current context, operational reference is 25% on profit while 75% remains with client, according to active product rules.

Economic concept and general rules: check the Whitepaper.

Are minimum values fixed forever?

No. Minimums and operational conditions may vary by asset and product. Always validate fields and warnings shown in app before confirming.
