IBO Connect 2025 – Day 3: Knowledge, Purpose, and a New Address for the HyFi Future

IBO Connect 2025 – Day 3: Knowledge, Purpose, and a New Address for the HyFi Future
The third and final day of IBO Connect 2025 marked the pinnacle of a journey that blended learning, strategic vision, and celebration. After two days immersed in technical fundamentals and entrepreneurial practice, the community gathered once more in Dar es Salaam to witness the symbolic and physical birth of a new phase: the inauguration of the Inkryptus Dar es Salaam Office.
The Closing: From Knowledge to Practice
The day began with Networking and Prospecting modules led by the Inkryptus training team. The presentations revisited the principles of structured prospecting, pipeline management, and objection-handling techniques, essential pillars for IBOs seeking to build solid, ethical, and purposeful networks.
Among the most discussed topics were the 20–40–40 rule (time, energy, and consistency) and the concept of “Rejection as Emotional Fuel,” emphasizing that growth comes from resilience, not luck.
The message was clear: success in the HyFi ecosystem is born from behavior, continuous learning, and transparent communication.
INKY Token: The Engine of a Sustainable Ecosystem
Next, attention turned to the INKY Token, introduced as the cornerstone of the entire Inkryptus operation.
Based on the new INKY Token 1024 presentation, the audience revisited the figures underpinning the project: a maximum supply of 200 million tokens, a 1% daily emission capped at 10,000 INKY, auditable staking, and full traceability through smart contracts.
Beyond the metrics, the audience understood the “why”: programmed scarcity and sustainable growth are the foundation of Inkryptus economics.
The technical explanation was accompanied by a motivational statement:
“Each INKY token represents not just value, but trust, the trust of a community building the future of hybrid finance.”
The module concluded with demonstrations of the Inky Staking Pool, yield simulations, and projections for the token’s expansion into global exchanges. The general sentiment was one of maturity: INKY had evolved from a mere asset into the living infrastructure of a global ecosystem.
The Inauguration of the Inkryptus Dar es Salaam Office

In the afternoon, attendees were taken a few kilometers away for the most symbolic moment of the event: the official opening of the Inkryptus office in Dar es Salaam, the brand’s first physical hub on the African continent.
The new space was presented as a tangible extension of the HyFi philosophy, where technology, design, and community coexist seamlessly.
The entrance, featuring an illuminated acrylic logo, symbolizes the meeting point between the digital and physical worlds. In the reception area, a large-scale art panel represents the “portal” to the Inkryptus ecosystem, a visual metaphor for the flow between investment, education, and purpose.
The 6.6-meter curved Photo Area quickly became the official setting for photos and celebrations. Words such as Blockchain, Growth, Transparency, Trust, Freedom, INKY Token emblazoned across the panel capture the essence of Inkryptus’ DNA in Africa.
The Open Space and Board Room follow the clear design concept, with translucent partitions and shapes inspired by the Inkryptus crown icon. Physical transparency symbolizes the company’s operational principle: visibility and traceability in every decision.
The Studio Room and Training Room complete the space, dedicated to content creation and IBO training, including filming, live broadcasts, and workshops for the upcoming Inkryptus University.
Pierre Pereira described the office as
“a visual manifesto of what HyFi truly is, an environment where blockchain meets people.”
Connection, Ethics, and the Future
The day concluded with a collective reflection: the Inkryptus network is not merely a structure for profit, but a network of values.
Panels on Business Management and Reinvestment reinforced the balance between profit and purpose, highlighting financial education as a tool for inclusion.
The closing ceremony celebrated the three-day achievements with the announcement of the IBO Awards 2025 winners in the categories Top Sponsor, Network Builder, and Innovation Leader. Each award symbolized the community’s commitment to growth with ethics and consistency.
More Than an Event: A Milestone
IBO Connect 2025 ended as it began: with energy, purpose, and vision.
Through workshops, presentations, and the office inauguration, the message that resonated was the same that guided the entire journey:
Inkryptus is not merely expanding a business, it is building a global movement for financial education and freedom.
The new Dar es Salaam office marks the first of many physical steps toward a future where HyFi is not just a concept, but an experience, transparent, accessible, and shared.
Community Feedback: The Real Impact of IBO Connect 2025
To conclude the event, Inkryptus conducted a survey among participants of IBO Connect 2025 — and the results confirmed what was already evident in every conversation, photo, and round of applause: the gathering in Dar es Salaam was more than a conference; it was a turning point for hundreds of new HyFi entrepreneurs.
More than 95% of participants rated the event a perfect 10, highlighting the quality of organization, the depth of the content, and the sense of community.
When asked whether they felt more prepared to take the next steps as IBOs, nearly everyone replied
“Yes, absolutely.”
What They Said
A few responses captured the collective sentiment:
“The event was well-organized, informative, and highly motivating. I got to connect with like-minded entrepreneurs and understand the Inkryptus ecosystem better.”
“It was a life-changing experience. Inkryptus is a gateway to financial freedom.”
“A family-like community that helps people earn money and connect through crypto for growth, freedom, and real opportunities.”
“Inkryptus is not just a digital business but a hub for financial freedom.”
“It gave me tools and confidence to start building my network — and my future.”
Even among those who still see themselves as “in the learning phase,” the prevailing tone was one of optimism, clarity, and belonging. The combination of education, transparency, and purpose strengthened the belief that the HyFi model can indeed stand as a solid alternative to the traditional economy.
The Numbers Behind the Experience
Average overall rating: 9.8 / 10

These results show that IBO Connect went beyond being an event and became a program of education and cultural alignment, uniting people from different countries under the same vision: to grow with purpose, ethics, and technology.
A Community Ready for the Next Cycle

As IBO Connect 2025 came to a close, the prevailing feeling was one of continuity.
The inauguration of the Inkryptus Dar es Salaam Office embodied a commitment: to be present, to train leaders, and to build bridges between the digital and human worlds.
Each participant left with the conviction that the HyFi journey has only just begun — and that, with Inkryptus’ support, growing with freedom and traceability is no longer a promise, but a practice.
