IBO Connect 2025 – Day 2: The Power of the Network and the New Era of HyFi Entrepreneurship

IBO Connect 2025 – Day 2: The Power of the Network and the New Era of HyFi Entrepreneurship
The second day of IBO Connect 2025 began at a fast pace but with a clear focus: turning knowledge into action. After an energetic opening the day before, the stage belonged entirely to Pierre Pereira, CEO of Inkryptus, who guided the audience through a complete immersion into the model that is redefining the relationship between community and digital income: the IBO Program.
The Lecture: “Turn Your Network into Crypto Assets”
With the auditorium once again full, Pierre began by recalling the central purpose of Inkryptus: to simplify the world of cryptocurrencies and restore financial autonomy to people.
“The IBO is more than an affiliate program, it’s a new way to build a business, with total freedom and blockchain transparency”
he said.
During the presentation, Pierre showed how the IBO Program allows anyone to build their own business within the Inkryptus ecosystem, with no imposed targets, no formal ties, and real earnings validated on-chain.
The concept was summed up in a phrase projected on the screen:
Effort → Results → Freedom.

IBO as a Career: Purpose and Autonomy
Pierre also presented the new career progression model, highlighting that the profile of a successful IBO combines assertive communication, digital presence, and a mindset of continuous learning.
“We don’t sell promises; we sell knowledge and autonomy.”
he reinforced.
He emphasized the educational impact of the program, which empowers local leaders to guide their communities on topics such as security, staking, and digital finance.
The testimonials shown from IBOs who changed their lives moved the audience, stories of personal and social transformation that revealed the human reach of the project.
More than numbers, IBO Connect Day 2 revealed that the strength of the ecosystem lies in its people.
Gamification and Sustainability: Earnings with Purpose
One of the highlights was the explanation of the reward structure.
Pierre detailed how fees, from subscriptions, transactions, performance, and gaming, are automatically redistributed across the seven levels of the network, ensuring traceability and fairness.
With the support of visual slides, the audience followed the journey of every dollar or token from its origin to the participants.
The highlight was the Fast Bonus INKY Pool, which offers up to 10% extra for long-term staking contracts.
Pierre stressed that the bonus is limited and funded by a reserve of 10 million INKY Tokens dedicated exclusively to the IBO community.
“It’s a way to reward those who believe before the market recognizes the potential”
he explained.
Building Strong Networks: The Marketing of Trust

The second part of the lecture was a practical dive into growth strategies.
Pierre presented the Building Networking module, emphasizing that sustainable growth requires both digital and in-person presence.
He showed examples of local campaigns, regional gatherings, and the power of human connection combined with digital tools.
The CEO also addressed the role of social media and visual consistency.
“Inkryptus’ identity must be unique, recognizable, and consistent, from Dar es Salaam to Belo Horizonte,”
he said, while displaying the slide Visual Identity: One Single Voice.
The audience followed guidelines on proper logo use, color palettes, typography, and best practices in posts, with an emphasis on authenticity.
“Every post is a reflection of your credibility”
he summarized.
From Theory to Practice: Sales and Relationship
To close, Pierre addressed the topic Sales Strategies, a practical lesson on how to present the IBO Program.
He explained that consultative selling must start from purpose, not from promises.
“Talk, listen, tell your story, and show the impact. Conversion comes naturally when there’s trust.”
Among the topics discussed were:
use of real narratives (storytelling);
practical demonstrations of the app and staking;
exclusive offers and personalized follow-up.
The audience reacted enthusiastically, especially to examples of ethical and transparent approaches, the pillars that sustain the IBO Program’s long-term success.
The Lasting Feeling
By the end of the afternoon, participants left the auditorium with a mix of clarity and excitement.
Day 2 of IBO Connect brought not only numbers or slides but also a call to action: to build a movement of collective prosperity, validated on the blockchain and guided by purpose.
In Pierre’s words:
“Every new connection is a seed of financial freedom. It’s up to us to nurture it.”
What’s Coming on Day 3
The event heads toward its finale with the official inauguration of Inkryptus’ office in Dar es Salaam and the IBO Awards 2025 ceremony, which will recognize community highlights in the categories Top Sponsor, Network Builder, and Innovation Leader.
Also scheduled is the final presentation of Inkryptus University, with live demonstrations of the first training modules.
