IBO Connect 2025 – Day 1: Energy, Purpose, and the Awakening of the HyFi Community

In the early hours of the morning, the movement around Ubungo Plaza, in the heart of Dar es Salaam, already hinted at what was coming. Organized lines and a visibly eager crowd marked the start of IBO Connect 2025, the largest gathering of the Inkryptus network and a turning point for the IBO (Independent Business Owner) program.

Over three days, the event brings together entrepreneurs, regional leaders, and new members from across Africa to discuss the future of hybrid finance (HyFi), a model that merges the transparency of DeFi with the simplicity of Web2.
The first day did more than present ideas; it reaffirmed a global movement of financial innovation grounded in education, purpose, and community.

“Crypto is freedom when it comes with responsibility”

The main auditorium welcomed participants with the opening ceremony led by Pierre Pereira (CEO). The opening message was straightforward:

“HyFi is about restoring financial autonomy to people, without sacrificing security and transparency.”

Pierre presented updated data from the platform: more than 10,000 active investors, presence in 30 countries, and a community in constant growth. The audience responded with applause and raised cameras.

Panel 1 – HyFi Fundamentals and INKY Token

The first technical panel introduced the Inkryptus ecosystem and the foundations of the INKY Token, a utility that connects wallet, staking, swap, and gaming.
Next came an immersion into the concept of hybrid finance, the link between the custodial Web2 experience and on-chain execution.
He explained how the INKY Token, operating on the BEP-20 network, sustains the ecosystem: a limited circulation of 200 million, a maximum daily issuance of 1%, and distribution tied to staking in verifiable pools.

One of the most engaging moments occurred when the market chart was projected: while Bitcoin dropped 10% during the same period, INKY maintained price stability and liquidity.

Trust is not declared, it’s built on-chain

Pierre stated, earning applause.

Panel 2 – IBO Program and the Power of Independent Entrepreneurship

Next, the focus shifted to the IBO Program, the heart of Inkryptus’ community strategy.
The new IBO guide was presented, emphasizing ethics, conduct, and entrepreneurial freedom.

“Each IBO operates as an autonomous agent, with no compulsory targets or formal ties, but with a clear purpose: to build passive income validated on the blockchain.”

Slides displayed the seven-level network structure, the monthly $24 subscription, and the standard fee distribution (30% Inkryptus / 70% network).
Attendees received instructions about the 30-day free period, KYC/AML requirements, and the new in-app registration flow.
For many new participants from Tanzania, this was their first practical contact with a transparent, auditable crypto-based compensation model.

Panel 3 – Staking and the New INKY Pool

The afternoon focused on opportunities for passive income.
At that time, Inky Pool Staking was introduced, home to USDT, CAKE, and BSW pools, along with the integration of the harvest dashboard.
The concept of a performance fee (25%) and automatic commission distribution up to the 7th level were demonstrated with real-time simulations.

“When one IBO grows, the entire network grows with them.”, highlighted Pierre.

The session ended with a live demonstration of the Inkryptus app, allowing participants to view daily earnings and monitor on-chain audits in just a few clicks.

Inkryptus CEO Pierre explains the human factor, networking, and community at the IBO Connect 2025 event.

The Human Factor, Networking and Community

Between talks, the Ubungo Plaza lobby became a networking hub.
Groups of IBOs from Kenya, Mozambique, and Brazil exchanged contacts and stories about how the platform transformed their routines.
One participant summed it up:

“Here I learned that blockchain is not just technology, it’s shared trust.”

The Community Lounge hosted mentoring sessions on digital communication and crypto-asset security, led by more experienced IBOs. In addition to the lectures, visitors enjoyed the event’s photo wall to capture the moment.

Experience and Learning

The first day also marked the presentation of Inkryptus University, an Inkryptus initiative to promote education on financial literacy, digital marketing, and sales.

The Inkryptus University methodology is practical and concise: micro on-demand lessons followed by field missions where IBOs apply their prospecting strategies.
The expected result? An engaged community filled with knowledge, ready to grow and share.

Moments to Remember

Energy from the start: check-in was a celebration in itself, with participants dressed in Inkryptus colors and exchanging the community’s first greetings.
Active participation: activities and interactions revealed the audience’s enthusiasm to contribute to the next stages of the ecosystem.
Live demonstrations: practical sessions showed how blockchain technology ensures transparency and traceability in operations.
Recognition and inspiration: the announcement of future awards motivated new IBOs to excel in growth, leadership, and innovation categories.

What’s Coming on Day 2

Expectations now turn to the growth strategy workshops and the roundtable “HyFi Governance and Tokenization”, where the future of community governance will be discussed.
Also scheduled are the sessions “Marketing Playbooks for IBOs” and “Blockchain for Everyone,” opening space for new entrepreneurs to enter the era of tokenization.
