Generate your unique deposit address to receive supported assets from an external wallet or exchange.

    Open deposit

    In the app, tap Add Funds > Deposit Crypto.

    Select asset

    Choose the asset you want to receive (e.g., USDT, BTCB, INKY).

    Copy address

    Tap Copy Address or scan the QR code displayed.

  4. 4

    Send from external source

    In your external wallet or exchange, paste the address and select BNB Smart Chain (BEP20) as the network.

Check deposit status

Check the transaction status on the sending platform. BEP20 confirmations are usually fast but may take a few minutes.

Troubleshooting

Deposit not reflected after 24h

In some cases, deposits can take up to 24 hours. If it takes longer, contact support with all transaction details: TXID, asset, amount, and date/time.

Safety tips
  • Always verify the first and last 5-6 characters of the destination address before confirming.
  • Minimum deposit depends on the platform or provider used.
  • When in doubt, send a small test transaction first.
