Create an account

    Download the app

    Get the official Inkryptus app from the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android).

    Start registration

    Tap Create Account / Sign Up on the welcome screen.

    Fill in your details

    Enter email, full name, username, and your Sponsor, the person who referred you (if you have one).

  4. 4

    Verify email

    Check your inbox for the verification code and enter it in the app.

  5. 5

    Set password and complete

    Create a strong password, complete profile details, and accept the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

Reset password

    Open recovery

    On the login screen, tap Forgot Password.

  2. 2

    Enter email

    Enter your registered email address.

  3. 3

    Validate code

    Check your inbox, copy the verification code, and enter it in the app.

  4. 4

    Set new password

    Create a new password and finish the reset process.

Biometric authentication (Face ID / Fingerprint)

    First login prompt

    On first login, enable biometrics when the app prompts you.

    Manual toggle

    After that: Profile > Security > Fingerprint recognition. To disable, return to the same menu.

Complete KYC (identity verification)

    Open verification

    After login, tap the profile icon, go to Security, then Identity Verification.

    Choose document

    Select a valid ID (passport, national ID, or driver's license).

  3. 3

    Photograph document

    Follow instructions to capture front and back. Ensure the image is clear, without reflections, and all information is readable.

    Selfie validation

    Position your face within the indicated frame for facial verification.

  5. 5

    Submit and wait

    Submit files and wait for analysis. Standard timeframe is up to 2 business days.

Change your email, phone, name or date of birth

These four are not editable in the app. They identify the account, and the same verification that protects them from somebody else protects them from you, so a change goes through support and is checked against your documents.

    Have KYC completed and active

    The request is checked against the identity already on the account, so it cannot be made on an account that has not been verified. If yours is not, complete KYC first.

    Open a support ticket

    From the app, or from the contact page. Say which of the four you are changing and what it should become.

  3. 3

    Attach what support asks for

    Support names the documents that evidence the change. The request moves once they are attached, so sending them in the first reply is what makes it quick.
