1. Account Inkryptus

1.1 Create an account

Objective: create your account and access the app for the first time.

  1. Download the official Inkryptus app (iOS or Android).
  2. Tap Create Account / Sign Up.
  3. Fill in email, full name, username, and referrer (if applicable).
  4. Enter the verification code sent to your email.
  5. Create a strong password and complete the requested profile details.
  6. Accept the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

Expected result: account created and ready for immediate use.

1.2 Reset password

  1. Use Forgot Password on the login screen.
  2. Enter your registered email and open the link received.
  3. Create a new password and finish the reset process.

1.3 Biometric authentication (Face ID / Fingerprint)

  1. On first login, enable biometrics when prompted by the app.
  2. After that: Profile → Security → Biometric Login.
  3. To disable: go back to Profile → Security.

1.4 How to complete KYC

  1. After login, tap the profile icon (profile photo).
  2. Go to Security and tap Identity Verification.
  3. Complete verification using a valid document.
  4. Tip: make sure the document photo is clear and readable.
  5. You will also need to provide a selfie for validation.

Note: the KYC process is a security measure for both the platform and you as a user.

Expected timeline: up to 2 days. If it takes longer, contact support with account name, email, details, and a screenshot.

2. Network and supported assets

Warning: Inkryptus operates exclusively on the BNB Smart Chain (BEP20). Transfers on any other network may cause permanent loss of funds.

2.1 Supported assets (current)

  • USDT (Dollar Tether)
  • BTCB (Bitcoin on BNB Chain)
  • ETH (on BNB Chain)
  • INKY
  • CAKE
  • BSW
  • RDNT
  • SHIB

Note: this list may be updated over time.

3. Add funds (deposit)

3.1 Via Home (recommended)

Objective: quickly generate a deposit address for a supported asset.

  1. In the app, tap Add Funds.
  2. Select the asset you want to receive.
  3. Copy the address or use the QR code.
  4. Send using BEP20.

3.2 Via Wallet

  1. Go to Wallet → Add Funds.
  2. Choose the asset and copy the address/QR code.
  3. Send funds from your exchange or external wallet.

3.3 Example: USDT deposit via Binance

  1. On Binance, buy/convert balance to USDT.
  2. In the Inkryptus app: Add Funds → USDT.
  3. Copy your Inkryptus deposit address.
  4. In Binance withdrawal, paste the address and select BEP20.
  5. Confirm the transaction.

Tip: for first-time transfers, send a small test amount.

3.4 Deposit not reflected

In some cases, deposits can take up to 24 hours to reflect in the app.

If it takes longer than 24 hours, contact support with all transaction details.

3.5 Minimum deposit and safety check

Minimum deposit depends on the platform you use to send funds. On Binance, for example, the minimum is typically US$10.

Safety tip: always verify the first and last 5-6 characters of the destination address and confirm the network is BEP20.

Warning: Inkryptus does not support fiat deposits in the app. Only supported crypto assets on BEP20.

4. Wallet and navigation

4.1 Home

  • Shows estimated balance (assets + products).
  • Shortcuts: Buy INKY, INKY Pool, IBO Program, and Coin Flip.
  • Main tabs: Assets and Stake.

4.2 Wallet → Overview

  • Total estimated balance and composition chart.
  • Shortcuts to Add Funds and Send.

4.3 Wallet → Assets

Lists available assets and balances by token. Each asset has its own screen with deposit, send, buy, and sell actions (when applicable).

4.4 Wallet → Products

Shows staking contracts with average APR, all-time profit, and active balances.

5. Buying and selling assets

5.1 Asset actions

  • Add Funds: generates a deposit address.
  • Send: sends to a BEP20 address.
  • Buy: buys using USDT balance.
  • Sell: sells and converts to USDT.

5.2 Buy asset (e.g., INKY)

  1. Open the INKY asset.
  2. Tap Buy.
  3. Enter the amount in USDT.
  4. Review fee and minimum amount shown on screen.
  5. Confirm.

5.3 Sell asset (e.g., INKY)

  1. Open INKY and tap Sell.
  2. Enter the amount to sell.
  3. Review fee and minimum amount.
  4. Confirm to receive USDT.

5.4 Buy/Sell flow (USDT reference)

In the app, the reference asset is always USDT to simplify the experience. Path: Assets → select the asset → Buy or Sell.

Typical flow: USDT → Buy INKY → Stake → Harvest → Sell INKY → USDT → Withdraw.

Warning: for external withdrawals, we strongly recommend converting INKY to USDT before sending. Not all exchanges/wallets recognize INKY.

6. Transfers and withdrawals

6.1 Send assets

  1. Open the asset and tap Send.
  2. Paste the destination address.
  3. Confirm the destination network is BEP20.
  4. For external transfers, prefer USDT when compatibility is uncertain.
  5. Enter the amount and validate with the email code.
  6. Track the status in app history and the network explorer.

Warning: before confirming any transfer, review address, asset, and BEP20 network. Send a small test amount when needed. ALWAYS.

6.2 How to find the TXID (hash)

  1. For transfers outside the platform, open the asset details to find the transaction hash.
  2. For actions within the platform, check the transaction ID in the history.
  3. If you cannot find it, contact support with the operation details.

6.3 Withdraw to local currency via Binance (off-ramp)

  1. Confirm the USDT deposit in Binance (Wallet → Spot).
  2. Convert to your local currency (BRL / USD / EUR).
  3. Go to Wallet → Spot → Withdraw and choose the method (PIX, SEPA, etc.).

Note: Binance may require KYC and additional checks depending on your region.

6.4 Minimum withdrawal

Inkryptus charges a US$3 fixed fee, and the minimum withdrawal amount is US$6.

7. Staking and products

7.1 Available products

  • USDT Pool
  • INKY Pool (Flexible)
  • INKY Pools: 6, 12, 24, and 36 months
  • CAKE Pool
  • BSW Pool

7.2 Open contract

  1. Go to Products or Stake.
  2. Select the desired pool.
  3. Tap Stake / Open a new contract.
  4. Enter the amount, review term/rules, and confirm.

7.3 Harvest

Harvest means claiming rewards without closing the main contract.

  1. Open the active contract.
  2. Tap Harvest.
  3. Review fees and confirm.

7.4 Close contract

As a rule, only expired contracts can be closed. Check the conditions shown in the product before confirming.

Important: contract creation takes 1 cycle (24h). After that cycle, if there is no lock period, the contract can be canceled and the finalization takes one more cycle.

8. IBO Program

8.1 Activation

  1. Go to IBO Program in the app.
  2. Activate or renew your subscription manually.
  3. Share your invite link to expand your network.

Note: subscription is not automatic.

8.2 IBO dashboard

8.3 Renew IBO subscription

  1. Go to IBO Program → Renew.
  2. Review the pricing and tap Confirm.

Note: it costs US$24 paid in USDT. If needed, swap INKY → USDT.

8.4 Cancel IBO subscription

Just don't renew after the current period ends. Subscriptions are prepaid and non-refundable.

9. Coin Flip

How it works: on-chain utility using INKY.

  1. Choose Heads or Tails,
  2. Select the INKY amount.
  3. Review the payout shown on screen.
  4. Tap Play and get the result instantly.

10. Support and FAQ

10.1 Support channels

Final Notes

  • Inkryptus currently operates only on BEP20 (BNB Smart Chain).
  • USDT is the main operational entry and exit asset.
  • Common timelines: KYC up to 2 days, withdrawals/swaps/deposits up to 24 hours.
  • Always review address, asset, and network before confirming.
  • If unsure, send a low-value test transaction.
