1. Scope and acceptance
1.1 These Terms and Conditions ("Arena Terms") govern access to and use of the Inkryptus Arena ("Arena"), the games hub available inside the Inkryptus application. By entering the Arena or playing any game within it, the User accepts these Arena Terms.
1.2 The Arena is an entertainment feature. Participation is voluntary and at the User's own discretion and risk.
2. Definitions
| Term | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Arena | The games hub within the Inkryptus app, comprising the games made available in it. |
| Game | Any game made available in the Arena (for example, Coin Flip, Golden Kick, Minesweeper), each with its own rules and payout logic. |
| Play | A single game action or round initiated by the User. |
| Payout | The amount returned to the User on a winning result, determined by the applicable game's rules. |
| INKY | The BEP-20 utility token used for Arena plays and payouts. |
3. Eligibility
3.1 The User must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction, whichever is higher) and hold a registered Inkryptus account in good standing.
3.2 The Arena may not be available in all jurisdictions. The User is solely responsible for ensuring that participating in games of chance or skill for value is lawful where they are located. Inkryptus may restrict or block access to the Arena, in whole or in part, in any jurisdiction, without this constituting a breach of contract.
3.3 Use of the Arena from a jurisdiction where such activity is prohibited, or through means intended to conceal the User's location, is a violation of these Arena Terms.
3.4 By entering the Arena, the User represents and warrants, on each Play, that they: (a) meet the age requirement in 3.1 and have full legal capacity to accept these Arena Terms; (b) are not located in or resident of a jurisdiction where Arena participation is prohibited, and are not using any means to conceal their location; (c) are acting on their own behalf and not for any third party; (d) are not using funds derived from, or intended for, any illegal or unauthorized activity; (e) are not an officer, employee, contractor, or agent of Inkryptus, nor an immediate relative of one, playing in a way that could compromise fair play; and (f) do not consider themselves, and have not been diagnosed as, a compulsive or problem gambler.
3.5 The Arena is part of the Inkryptus platform and is subject to the same identity-verification (KYC) and anti-money-laundering (AML) requirements. Inkryptus may require verification and may restrict or suspend access to the Arena, or the withdrawal of related balances, pending its completion.
4. Balances
4.1 Plays are funded from the User's own INKY balance on the Inkryptus platform. The Arena does not hold a balance of its own.
4.2 Plays and payouts within the Arena settle in INKY on BNB Smart Chain (BEP-20), and any applicable fees are those described in the app.
5. Gameplay and outcomes
5.1 Each Game has its own rules, mechanics, and payout logic, which are shown in the app before the User plays. The User is responsible for reviewing a Game's rules before playing.
5.2 Game outcomes are determined by the applicable smart contract logic and recorded on BNB Smart Chain, so results and payouts are publicly verifiable. There is no discretionary, server-side manipulation of individual outcomes.
5.3 Outcomes are final once recorded on-chain. On-chain transactions cannot be reversed by Inkryptus.
5.4 While game outcomes recorded on-chain are final (clauses 5.2–5.3), Inkryptus reserves the right to void a Play, or to correct a balance or accounting entry, where it results from a manifest error (such as a technical fault, a display or pricing error, or a Play accepted in error), notwithstanding on-chain settlement of the underlying result. Where a Play is voided for such an error, the associated bet is returned and any associated payout reversed.
6. Payouts and fees
6.1 Payouts vary by Game and, for some Games, by the choices the User makes during a Play (for example, a multiplier that increases as more safe tiles are revealed). The applicable payout is displayed in the app before the User confirms a Play.
6.2 Each Game applies a fee that is reflected in the displayed payout. The net payout shown already accounts for that fee; there is no separate charge applied after the result.
6.3 Amounts staked in a losing Play are not returned. The User should only play with amounts they are prepared to lose.
6.4 The User is solely responsible for any taxes, levies, or charges applicable to Arena winnings under the laws of their jurisdiction. Inkryptus does not withhold or remit taxes on the User's behalf.
7. No guarantee and responsible gaming
7.1 Games in the Arena involve chance. No outcome is guaranteed, and past results do not indicate future results. Inkryptus makes no representation that a User will win or profit.
7.2 The Arena is not an investment product and must not be treated as one. Nothing in the Arena constitutes financial advice.
7.3 The User is encouraged to play responsibly, to set personal limits, and to stop if participation stops being recreational. Inkryptus may provide responsible-gaming tools or information within the app.
8. Risk disclosure
Participation in the Arena involves risks, including:
- Loss of funds: amounts used to play may be lost in full.
- Market risk: INKY and other crypto assets are volatile; the value of balances may change.
- On-chain finality: transactions and outcomes recorded on-chain are irreversible.
- Smart contract risk: bugs or vulnerabilities in contract code could affect gameplay or funds.
The general risk provisions in the General Risk Disclaimer and the Terms of Use apply to the Arena.
9. Prohibited conduct
The following are expressly prohibited and may result in suspension or termination:
- Exploiting bugs, vulnerabilities, or unintended behavior for gain.
- Using bots, automation, scripts, or any tool to manipulate gameplay or outcomes.
- Creating or using multiple accounts to abuse the Arena or any promotion.
- Colluding with other Users, or coordinating activity across accounts, to gain an advantage or manipulate a Game or promotion.
- Attempting to conceal or misrepresent the User's jurisdiction.
- Any fraudulent, illegal, or manipulative activity.
10. Suspension and termination
10.1 Inkryptus may suspend or terminate a User's access to the Arena when reasonably justified, including violation of these Arena Terms, suspected fraud or abuse, legal or regulatory requirements, or risk to the platform or other users.
10.2 Inkryptus may modify, suspend, or discontinue any Game or the Arena as a whole at any time for technical, regulatory, operational, or strategic reasons, with notice through official channels where practicable.
10.3 Where Inkryptus reasonably suspects fraud, collusion, or a breach of these Arena Terms, it may withhold or set aside affected balances or payouts pending investigation, and may void the related Plays if the suspicion is confirmed.
11. Limitation of liability
11.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, Inkryptus is not liable for losses arising from: transmission, connectivity, or device errors; delays, failures, or congestion of BNB Smart Chain or other network infrastructure outside its control; or reliance on statistics, odds, or displays that later prove inaccurate and are corrected under clause 5.4.
11.2 Nothing in these Arena Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law. The limitation-of-liability and indemnity provisions of the Terms of Use otherwise apply to the Arena.
12. Changes to these Terms
Inkryptus may amend these Arena Terms at any time. Amendments are published in the app and on the documentation portal with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Arena after publication constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
13. Governing law and disputes
13.1 These Arena Terms are governed by the same law and dispute-resolution provisions specified in the Terms of Use.
13.2 If the User is dissatisfied with any Arena matter, they should first contact support (clause 14) with the relevant details, giving Inkryptus a reasonable opportunity to investigate and respond. Any complaint relating to a specific Play should be raised within 30 days of it occurring; notifications made after that period may be disregarded.
13.3 In the event of a discrepancy between what is displayed in the app and the record settled on-chain, the on-chain record prevails.
